Lapis medical is an incredible experience! Next day or even same day appointments are amazing when you can’t wait to be seen. The doctors treat you like a person rather than an inconvenience and genuinely want to help you get better! Honestly I feel that this is the way medicine should be and it’s a tragedy that its not.

Lapis Family Medicine is fantastic. Dr Ngo and Dr Campanelli are attentive, thorough and very competent. This is the care we should be receiving and no longer experience. I've been trying to find a new doctor for my partner for weeks. Nobody had availability before JULY. Called Lapis FM, and had a next day appointment. During which they reviewed recent test results with us one by one, and explained what they meant in normal terms, not doctor speak. After feeling brushed aside by other doctors, this was such an amazing experience. It's only been one visit so far, but I'm already grateful that we found them.

What a wonderful experience, sat down with both Doctors and shared my journey for at least 45 minutes if not longer. It was just what the doctor ordered, (no pun intended) two places I absolutely hate visiting, a doctor's office and a dentist office. I guess the courthouse would be a close second, fortunately I haven't been in one of those in a long time. But if you want a great experience visit this Doctor's office, it's more like a laid-back family atmosphere then a sterile white cold building where you feel rushed and out of place. Looking forward to my follow-up visit in 2 weeks.

After getting tired of having to wait three months before getting an appointment with my primary care physician in Multicare, I was lucky enough to hear about the Lapis group. Lapis is a cozy little clinic where I felt at home and cared for. The doctors are not rushed by admin staff and gave me the gift of time and true concern for my general well being. They are professional and kind at the same time.
The clinic itself is clean and cozy. It’s in an upcoming area/part of town. Access is safe and I did not feel uncomfortable in any way.

Dr. Campanelli and Dr. Ngo are so easy to talk to, and you can literally talk to them about anything, and they will listen and talk to you with their hearts. This truly feels like a family medical office. Dr. Campanelli is super knowledgeable and will help you get to the proper specialist when needed. I feel super comfortable talking to her about any issues, and I know I will get a straightforward answer. The office location is a little hard to see (it's behind the locked gates) and there are a few parking spots behind the building, or there's ample street parking.

I have chronic complicated health issues that were mismanaged for years. Consistently experiencing disjointed, inadequate and often adversarial healthcare. Previous PCP was booked out months and then could only spend 10-15 min with me. Rarely followed up and staff including nurses acted as gate keepers only complicated and confused the situation. Despite already dealing with painful health issues my healthcare was the most stressful and frustrating part.
I had lost hope and it was negatively affecting my health.
Until I found Dr. Campanelli with Lapis Medical. Only $100 per mo and nothing else. Each visit she spends ample time with me. I never feel rushed and she really listens. I could cry that I have someone looking at all the details to figure out the big picture. She explained in great detail abnormal labs that were ignored by previous providers for over a year. Had a crazy medical issue after stressful event a year ago and was unable to walk and talk for months. Several providers were consulted but had no adequate diagnosis. Discussed what happened with Dr.
Campanelli. She said it sounded like “Conversion disorder”. Yep. That was it.
Both docs are super smart, kind, caring, sense of humor and they consult each other about your health issues with your permission. They work with me like a team. Holistic approach, what a concept. No longer do I have to go to Urgent Care or ER for Urgent matters.
When I found out about Lapis I called the office and left a VM. I got a VM a few hours later. I could not believe Dr. Campanelli left me the message, it might as well have been Beyoncé! When I go to her clinic she is also the one who opens the door & scheduled my follow up appt. It’s old school medicine that’s very personal & thoughtful. I assumed because they were not billing insurance that I would pay $100 per month plus whatever the exam fee was. NOPE. Just $100 per month!
This is the future of medicine. PCP’s with smaller caseloads that can provide quality care for an affordable price. Plus the docs are also happier and healthier because they can provide the type of care they always wanted and still have time with their families. It’s a win win.
